A warm soak in the hot tub with mountain views caps the evening, while the private movie theater offers a cozy retreat for film lovers. The cabin’s spacious layout lets your group spread out and enjoy every comfort together.

Sleeping Arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk‑in shower. Two guest bedrooms each hold a queen bed and share a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom. A full futon sofa‑sleeper in the loft adds flexibility, and both the living room and the game room include queen sleeper sofa beds, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests.

Outdoor Living
Fourteen hundred square feet of patio space frames uninterrupted mountain scenery. The hot tub provides a heated escape in crisp air, while outdoor seating lets you soak in the view. A charcoal grill is ready for year‑round cooking, and nearby resort pools at the Alpine, South, and North Clubhouses open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Seasonal decorations adorn the cabin throughout December.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully stocked kitchen offers everything needed for home‑cooked meals, complemented by a dining area that opens onto the patio. Indoor amenities include a washer, dryer, heating and air conditioning, and room‑darkening shades for restful nights.

Game Room & Entertainment
A dedicated game room hosts a NERF station, PlayStation 5, dart board, wet bar, Pac‑Man arcade, Multi‑cade, board games, puzzles, bean‑bag chairs, and a cornhole set. The private movie theater delivers Dolby Atmos 7.1 surround sound and connects to the PlayStation 5 for immersive viewing or gaming. Fast Wi‑Fi 7 and a workspace with a computer monitor keep you connected.

Parking & Extras
Parking for four vehicles, a Level 2 – 50 Amp EV charger, and a whole‑house backup generator add convenience. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first‑aid kit.

Pet Policy
The cabin welcomes up to two dogs (max 50 lb each) with a $125 pet fee per reservation. Seasonal Christmas decorations appear from roughly December 1 through 31.

I would stay here a million times over. I’d move in if I could! The house had incredible views. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean. I loved the furniture. It’s also very private. Just the view of mountains out front. Well stocked, more than we needed. Tea, hot chocolate etc. Plenty of towels and blankets extra pillows. We loved the TV room. Perfect mountain details everywhere. We even saw four bears while we were there. This house is my favorite stay by far. My family loved it. Very welcoming. This stay deserves 5 stars. They earned it. I can’t wait go back.

We had a fantastic stay here! It worked out perfectly for a family getaway. The location and home were beautiful. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces and the game room/TV set up. The place was pristine - one of the cleanest AirBnbs we’ve ever stayed at! Hosts were very responsive. Would gladly stay here again.

House is beautiful and new. The owners thought of everything for comfort plus more, you can tell they care about their renters. No negatives except the winding mountain roads which can be scary. Oh and we had a surprise guest, the owner had a big sign about bear activity and they weren’t lying. A bear was standing 10 feet from the porch and scared my husband at night. House is only 8 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and here’s a tip, the street brings you to the edge of town with the least traffic and available parking. Park by Cici’s or Ober then walk towards congestion or right onto the Gatlinburg Trail! So convenient.

This place is absolutely amazing! My family and I had a fantastic time. The kids loved all the amenities and games—they had a blast! My wife and I truly enjoyed the stunning views, the peace and quiet, and the privacy. The photos don’t even come close to capturing how incredible this place really is. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another stay!

We just finished our four night stay at the Trillium cabin and couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. Location was great with fabulous sunrise and sunset views. The cabin had really everything you could’ve needed- olive oil, a huge spice rack, plenty of dishes, colander, pots/pans, Ninja electric (? Airfryer/oven thing), electric griddle, tea bags and Keurig coffee. Even found a vacuum to help keep things tidy. Wish some of the rooms had mesh screens for the windows so we could’ve kept windows open for fresh air without bugs coming in. The porch is wrap around and has a toddler gate you can attach in the front keeping little ones safe. Appliances like the washer and dryer and the oven are new and high-quality. Beds are a bit high for those elderly or mobility issues may be a problem, wasn’t for us. Would def consider staying here again!
